Our platform seamlessly integrates VAT registrations, tax calculations, filings, notifications, centralized document storage, and payments. Key Responsibilities
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including processing invoices and tracking payments
- Assist with basic reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
- Prepare and execute bank transfers
- Support monthly closing tasks and monthly reporting
- Create ad-hoc reports and analyses based on business needs
- Liaise with external accountants and bookkeeping partners
- Ensure accurate documentation and organized recordkeeping
- Contribute to process improvements in a dynamic, scaling environment
What We’re Looking For
- Ongoing or completed degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and AP/AR processes
- Strong Excel skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- High level of attention to detail
- Proactive, eager-to-learn attitude; comfortable working in a startup-like, fast-growing environment
Nice to have
- Previous internship or student work experience in finance or accounting
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems
- Interest in startups, scale-ups, or dynamic business operations
