Key Responsibilities
- Execute operational processes such as client onboarding, submissions, registrations, and invoice processing with precision and efficiency.
- Work to defined KPIs and client SLAs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with business and technology teams.
- Support the design and documentation of new processes and workflows.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all operational tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (or completion of an equivalent advanced course)
- 2–6 years of relevant operational experience (e.g., claims handling, mortgage processing, onboarding, invoice processing)
- Structured and logical thinker
- Process-minded
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Reliable and deadline-driven
- Advanced English knowledge
- Strong at simple, instruction-oriented communication
